Sex on the beach hasn’t always had a good reputation… awkward rendezvous on sun beds, rushed hookups in the middle of the night and those ever so tasty cocktails… But I’m here to show you that it’s worth the effort in this week’s XConfessions.com release EL CHICO DE LA PLAYA NUDISTA (That Guy at the Nudist Beach).
Imagine yourself on a deserted beach… naked… taking in the early morning rays from the sun just peaking it’s head over the ocean skyline. You gaze across the view as a figure… a man… emerges from the water. His olive skin illuminated by the sunshine bouncing off the droplets of sea water running all over his also naked body…
That was all I needed as inspiration for this beautiful short filmed during a sunrise in the Costa Brava. The couple of nudist early birds are played by Julia Roca and Bel Gris, returning to XConfessions once again (though for the first time as partners in a film) to give a very sensual and organic performance. Watching them roll around in the sand and sea was a lot of fun for them and a lot of fun for us to film. I guess it was also an interesting view for a fisherman who passed by on his boat like three of four times! Julia and Bel are good friends in real life, thus the good vibes.

The textures, natural lighting and genuine acting made for a beautiful and rare experience to film, and one I and the entire crew won’t forget. Before leaving the beach, we all went into the water!
